Sheila Dobson is an artist in Acrylic and textiles. Living on the Black River in an historic house in Old Sutton provides endless inspiration for artistic exploration. She is particularly interested in colour and the creation of light and shadow within colour. Her work is an exploration of the joy and learning of the every day.
Sheila’s work has been commissioned by a major corporation to commemorate a product development anniversary, shown at the Georgina Art Gallery, and won first in class at the Sutton Agricultural Fair. Her current projects include exploring mixed media, wool textile work, and continuing her work in acrylic painting.
